Just a couple of reminders about upcoming events this hot weekend and week coming.

Men’s Connection: This Saturday morning from 8:00-9:30 a.m., the men of Mosaic kick off the fall. Our own Chuck Potter will be sharing a little of his spiritual journey as well as leading us in considering “Employment 2.0-- getting to your highest and best use to you, your family and the Lord.” Chuck has some great wisdom for all of us about that work arena of our lives where we all spend so much of our life whether we’re currently looking for employment or have been in the same job for years. Come with a hearty appetite for both breakfast and fellowship in the Lord together. See you Saturday! And if you can help us cut carpet and put in a new door in the new nursery area, bring your tools. Our babies and their parents will love you forever.

Serve at City Gate Saturday @ 6:30 p.m. That pretty much says it. If you didn’t raise your hand on Sunday but would like to serve Jesus this way Saturday evening, please return email me that you’ll be there. We could use about 3 more people.

This Sunday’s Special: Food critic, pastor and founder of Big Table will be bringing God’s Word and heart to us this Sunday as we continue our series Church: Disciples-in-Action. You truly don’t want to miss this great brother’s heart and the one-of-a-kind ministry in all of America right here in our back yard. Kevin shares the same ministry heart Mosaic has andBig Table is one of the ministries we support. Catch him and what God has for you this weekend at 9 or 11 a.m.  

College/Young Adults: please give us 15 minutes of your time after either the 9 or 11 o’clock services this Sunday. Meet with Arturo by the stage at Second Space to give us your input and catch up on some plans we have for ministry, fellowship and outreach this fall.

Test Drive Conduit: This Monday night at 6:30 p.m. at Second Space we’ll be giving an intro to all three classes being offered for the next 6 weeks of Conduit. We think you should know what you are committing to, even if it is just the next 6 weeks. So join us for some fellowship, teaching, prayer and…I hope food.
